Donvale Calisthenics Competition Policy
Donvale Calisthenics is a competitive entity. We pride ourselves in entering all age groups into competitions each year. Competitions are an exciting and valuable performance experience for our members.
It is expected that at least one parent will attend the competition to support their child and watch them perform. Tinies to Juniors it is not acceptable to drop your child at the competition and leave. A parent must be present and responsible for their child in the event of an accident/injury, or in the event runs shorter or longer than anticipated.
Calisthenics is a team oriented sport. Penalties occur if a team performs with less than 8 members at any time. If just 1 member is absent from a competition, it can have significant effects on the performances.
Competition season runs from mid-late July to mid-October. We do not receive any competition dates until late May into early June. We strongly recommend saving your holiday bookings until then.
